• Payment Instrument: Includes credit card, debit card, bank account, prepaid payment instrument, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), or any other methods of payment developed by financial institutions from time to time.

• Platform: Refers to the website (www.grawoth.services) where the Merchant offers its services.

• Transaction: Refers to any request placed by the User to purchase services listed on the Platform by paying the Transaction Amount to the Merchant.

• Transaction Amount: The amount paid by the User in connection with a Transaction.

• User/Users: Refers to any person availing of services offered on the Platform.

Merchant's Rights

We may collect, store, and use the information provided by you to deliver the services you have availed on our Platform and/or contact you regarding the same. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself as required for completing Transactions. This includes but is not limited to personal details such as name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

2. Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Maintain confidentiality of any account information or credentials provided to you for accessing the Platform.

Prohibited Actions

You may not:

1. Systematically retrieve data or content from the Platform to create or compile a database without our permission.

2. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform’s security features.

3. Engage in unauthorized use of the Platform, such as collecting user information for unsolicited emails or creating fake accounts.

4. Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.

5. Harass, intimidate, or harm other Users, our employees, or agents.

6. Use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

Refund Policy

Grawoth Services does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By engaging our services, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that the only recourse available in the event of a defective or deficient service is limited to raising the issue with us for resolution. Under no circumstances shall Grawoth Services be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the User. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grawoth Services, its agents, and representatives from any claims arising from the User’s breach of these Terms.

Guidelines for Reviews

Users may leave reviews or feedback on the Platform, provided they comply with the following guidelines:

1. Reviews must be based on firsthand experience.

2. Offensive language, discriminatory remarks, and references to illegal activities are prohibited.

Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India. Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration seat shall be Bengaluru, and costs shall be borne as determined by the arbitrator.

4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not responsible for any bugs, viruses, or security vulnerabilities.
