Refund and Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Grawoth Services to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may not cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We retain full discretion in approving any cancellation requests, and we may ask for additional details before making a decision.

Once you have received the product and/or service, no refund or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances. This is in line with our strict no-refund policy, which applies to all services offered by Grawoth Services. Users are advised to carefully review the details of the product and/or service before initiating a Transaction.

If the product and/or service is found to be defective, incomplete, or does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform, we will evaluate such cases on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, a claim must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction. Claims made beyond this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

A User may submit a claim for a refund or replacement by contacting us at support@grawoth.services with a clear and specific reason for the request. The claim must include:

  1. A detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. The exact terms that have been violated.

  3. Any supporting evidence (such as screenshots, email correspondence, or other relevant documentation).

The decision to provide a refund or replacement will be determined solely by Grawoth Services. We reserve the right to ask for additional information or proof before making a final decision. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable period.

Please note that our no-refund policy is absolute and non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.
